Withdrawal policy

How a withdrawal moves from your balance to your wallet, how long each step takes, and what can pause it.

Last updated 4 September 2026

Requesting a withdrawal

Withdrawals are requested from the cashier to an address you own on a supported chain. Every request requires your authenticator code, every time. The minimum and the network fee are shown before you confirm.

Timings

Withdrawals to a verified address are broadcast after risk review, normally within minutes and within 24 hours. A withdrawal to a new address is held for 24 hours before broadcast. Larger withdrawals require approval by two members of staff and may take longer.

  • Verified address: reviewed, then broadcast.
  • New address: 24-hour hold, then reviewed and broadcast.
  • Above the two-person threshold: two approvals, then broadcast.

What can pause a withdrawal

An open identity or source-of-funds check, an integrity case on your account, an active promotion whose funds are still locked, a reconciliation discrepancy between the ledger and the chain, or a legal hold. When a withdrawal is paused the cashier says so and support can tell you what is needed.

Chain confirmations and fees

Each chain has a published confirmation count and a network fee that is deducted from the amount sent. Funds are considered received by you when the transaction reaches finality on the chain; the transaction reference is shown in your cashier history.

Play money

Play chips cannot be withdrawn.

Rules and availability may vary by operator and jurisdiction. The terms shown by your operator govern your account.
