Terms of service

The agreement between you and the operator whose room you play in. By creating an account you accept these terms, the house rules, and the policies they reference.

Last updated 4 September 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Your account is held with the operator named on the site you registered through. That operator is responsible for your account, your funds and your support. Riverline provides the platform on which the games run.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and legally permitted to play online poker for money in your jurisdiction. You must declare this at registration. You may hold one account. Staff, contractors and their household members may not play for real money.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password, authenticator and recovery codes private and for every action taken with them. You must give accurate information and keep it current. We may ask you to verify your identity, age or source of funds at any time and may restrict the account until you do.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are accepted in the currencies and on the chains listed in the cashier. Funds are credited after the confirmations shown for the chain. Withdrawals are paid to addresses you have verified, require two-factor authentication, and are subject to the withdrawal policy, identity checks and applicable law.

5. Play money

Play chips have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, withdrawn or transferred, and are provided only for practice. Play-money tables may include software players, which are labelled.

6. The games

Every hand is governed by the house rules. The server is authoritative for legal actions, timers, pots, rake and payouts. Rake and fees are published on the rake page and shown at the table or before registration.

7. Fair play

Collusion, the use of prohibited software or real-time assistance, ghosting, account sharing, chip dumping, bonus abuse and any attempt to evade limits or exclusions are prohibited. Sanctions follow the Security and fair play policy and may include closure of the account and forfeiture of rewards. Every sanction beyond a warning is reviewed by a person.

8. Promotions

Promotional value is subject to the exact terms shown before acceptance, including release requirements and expiry. Terms from another operator or currency never apply to your account.

9. Responsible gaming

You can set deposit, loss, wager and session limits, take a cooling-off period or self-exclude from Account → Limits. Limit decreases and exclusions take effect immediately; increases are delayed. We may close or restrict an account where we believe play is causing harm.

10. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for legal or regulatory reasons, or on your request. Funds that are not subject to an investigation or legal hold are returned to you through the withdrawal process.

11. Liability

We are not responsible for your internet connection or device. Where a hand or tournament cannot be completed because of a fault on our side, it is resolved under the house rules. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the balance of your account.

12. Changes and disputes

We may change these terms and will show the date of the last change on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Complaints go first to support; unresolved disputes follow the process published by your operator.

Rules and availability may vary by operator and jurisdiction. The terms shown by your operator govern your account.
